Clinical Negligence Fee Earner

Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner? Are you looking to take the next step in your career in South Yorkshire or Derbyshire? I'm working with a fantastic firm looking to bring in a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to work in their busy and highly regarded team. Much of the firm's work is brought in through referrals, and this role can be worked from the firm's Sheffield or Chesterfield office, with great remote working for those further afield. Joining the busy Clinical Negligence team, you will be working on a full range of clinical negligence cases. You will be investigating claims involving the NHS, private hospitals, A&E disputes, misdiagnosis, cosmetic surgery, neurological injuries, birth injuries, and much more. You will be handling your caseload from instruction through to settlement and will be responsible for coordinating the progression of cases with internal and external parties, negotiating settlements, and corresponding with clients. Your cases will be of good value and quality. To be considered, you will have a proven track record of carrying your own claimant Clinical Negligence cases and must be able to hit the ground running with a full and varied caseload.
