Clinical Negligence Lawyer - Bristol
Our client, a prestigious international law firm renowned for its expertise in insurance, is seeking Associates with 1-4 years PQE to join their highly ranked Healthcare team in Bristol. This multidisciplinary global healthcare group leverages the firm's extensive expertise and includes specialists in litigation, coroner's inquests, Court of Protection, capacity and consent, projects and construction, real estate, corporate law, insurance, intellectual property, commercial law, IT, regulatory issues, and employment law.
Their clientele spans public and private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance firms, healthcare suppliers and distributors, as well as healthcare companies, private equity firms focused on healthcare investments, and health ministries and authorities.
You will be part of a dynamic and successful team, working closely with a partner who provides comprehensive advice on various healthcare matters, including representation at inquests, defending clinicians before regulatory bodies, handling medical device/product liability cases, and offering general advisory services.
Candidates should have experience in defended clinical negligence practice, including medical malpractice, and a track record of handling multimillion-pound cases.
