We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in clinical negligence law and exceptional administrative skills to support our client’s legal team.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the clinical negligence legal team, including file management, diary management, and document preparation.Assist with opening and closing files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meetings for the legal team.Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and external agencies in a professional manner.Maintain confidential records and ensure data protection compliance.Conduct research and assist with case preparation as required.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and manage client inquiries.Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial administration tasks.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient work-flow and client service delivery.Key Criteria:Experience: Previous experience in clinical negligence law or a related legal field.Administrative Skills: Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and case management systems.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team environment.Professionalism: Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.Ready to take the next step in your legal career?
