Job Opportunity: Locum Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Duration: 3 Months (with potential extension)

Rate: £45 - £50 per hour

CRA Consulting is delighted to be recruiting for a highly regarded firm of solicitors based in Huddersfield, who are seeking a talented legal professional to support their Claimant Clinical Negligence department during a key period.
The Role:
This locum position is ideally suited for a seasoned professional with a background in Clinical Negligence. You will primarily handle a varied caseload of claimant files, including complex and high-value cases. Your expertise will be critical in providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring cases are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence files from inception to resolution. Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their best interests are upheld. Preparing cases for settlement discussions or litigation as required. Liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other stakeholders to progress cases effectively.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with substantial experience in claimant Clinical Negligence. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and client care skills.
