This litigation firm is currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding practice based in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a solid background in all aspects of the Scottish personal injury process, with a particular focus on clinical negligence.In this role, you will advise clients on their legal rights and options following personal injury, prepare and manage claims on their behalf, negotiate settlements with insurers, and represent clients in court. Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous.This is a full-time position within a supportive and friendly firm, offering a flexible working arrangement, including the option of a 4-day week and a hybrid office/home split.
