This is a senior level opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor in Leeds.
Your role will involve working closely with a Senior Associate and Director, assisting with complex and high value clinical negligence claims. You will be maintaining a caseload of approximately 40 cases of lower complexity and value, across all types of clinical negligence work.

Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals with experience managing their own files. This firm will also consider those with experience of either Claimant work or Defendant work.
You will be expected to manage your own case files, undertaking all aspects of a clinical negligence claim. This includes initial case planning while investigating & obtaining evidence, pre-action protocol, issuing & serving of proceedings and managing the litigation process all the way through to trial, if necessary.
You would of course be closely supervised, supported and trained by experienced colleagues.
