This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling a range of Medical Negligence matters. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters. Conducting thorough investigations into medical negligence claims. Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients. Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, if necessary. Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in medical negligence law. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Clinical Negligence. Strong knowledge of medical negligence law and relevant legal principles. Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with attention to detail. Empathetic and client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
