Excellent opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor to join a leading defendant clinical negligence department. Their team of defendant clinical negligence specialists work across both the public and private sectors.
You will be representing a broad spectrum of healthcare clients, including hospitals, doctors, nurses and their indemnifiers on clinical negligence and product liability claims, regulatory matters and inquests.
They're seeking a Solicitor who has experience of working in clinical negligence. Defendant as well as plaintiff/claimant clinical negligence experience will be considered. Good analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills are all essential. The Partners are looking to hear from those with at least 2 years PQE.
