An extremely well regarded, dedicated Clinical Negligence team has an exciting new opening for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor. This specialist team deals with cases of the highest quality and is now looking to further augment its offering with the hire of an experienced and ambitious Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE).
The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have. You'll be independently handling matters and assisting the senior team on an array of Clinical Negligence cases from instruction through to settlement or trial. These will include a mixture of pre-litigated and litigated clinical negligence cases of varying technicality and complexity. You should be able to demonstrate that you have a strong background in dealing with litigated clinical negligence cases with minimal supervision and ideally will be a 2-year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
