As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated Clinical Negligence matters to include multi-track cases. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a senior lawyer and assist on higher value, catastrophic cases.
The ideal candidate should have between NQ-2 years PQE and possess previous experience of handling, or assisting on, claimant Clinical Negligence claims. The firm may also consider candidates with strong Personal Injury experience who are keen to move into Clinical Negligence work.
