As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution. This involves conducting initial consultations with clients to assess the viability of their claims and gathering evidence. You'll review medical records, liaise with medical experts, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary. Additionally, you will provide clear and concise legal advice to clients throughout the claims process while managing client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction. You should possess strong litigation skills with experience in managing complex cases. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills are necessary, along with adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements. A commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients is paramount. The firm is dedicated to advocating for individuals affected by Clinical Negligence.
