Permanent The care home is registered for 150 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia, Head & Brain injuries and physical disabilities. We are looking for compassionate nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with nursing home / care home experience looking for a step up into a leadership position. Equally if you already are in a leadership or management position looking for a change, we want to hear from you! The role as a Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ): Resident Care: Oversee and assist with nursing care, ensuring residents' health and well-being. Staff Support: Supervise and guide nurses and care staff with practical advice and problem-solving. Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards. Team Leadership: Lead care, facilities, and administration teams during night shifts. Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Management Support: Assist the general and deputy managers as needed. Organization Values: Uphold and promote company policies, procedures, and values. Resident Independence: Foster a home-like environment, supporting residents' independence, choice, and privacy.
