You’ll deliver market leading clinical services, particularly in expertise/specialization by guiding the process of clinical practice improvement, ensuring clinical practices are research-based, innovative and up-to-date, leading clinical service delivery and consultancy strategy and contributing to service-related professional development. This includes: Providing analysis of relevant research and operational information and assisting managers to evaluate and integrate the information they receive. Coordinating and maintaining team management systems and ensuring relevant information is input on a consistent and regular basis. Providing a collection of relevant data to assist with budgeting, the operation of the team and production of regular reports. Conducting specialised studies as required, providing insights into the operation of the team and the organisation. What do we need you to bring? Typically, this role will require more years’ experience in your field of expertise. You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline. Current Registration with AHPRA (relevant health professional board or the Nurses & Midwives board of Australia) without conditions. Master’s degree in area of specialty.
