Black Fox Solutions are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager based in a private aesthetics clinic in Belfast. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of all RQIA proceedings whilst also being able to provide hands-on assistance in the theatre environments.

The Job role:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinic, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to the residents.
Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date by maintaining and implementing appropriate systems to ensure compliance.
Build positive working relationships with support functions so staff are properly inducted, trained, motivated and supported to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
Adhere to company standards as well as legal and statutory requirements relating to fire regulations, health and safety, licensing, weights and measures, care and trading standards, and employment.
Ensure all qualified Nurses hold a current UK NMC pin and employee files are in line with RQIA standards.
Involved in Theatre procedures as and when required.
Prepared to go above and beyond to ensure highest quality of care is provided to all.

NMC Registration
ALS Certification
Previous theatre experience
