We are seeking a motivated, innovative nurse to join our team in our fast-paced Surgical Assessment Unit and Ward (SAU/SAW). We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead, innovate, and make a real difference to emergency patient pathways and patient care.
Main duties of the job
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational running of the Surgical Assessment Unit, ensuring high standards of care are achieved and maintenance of emergency access and flow. You will lead a skilled team, foster collaboration across disciplines, and drive service development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
