Clinical Nurse Manager Salary: up to £70,000 Full-time Permanent The Recruitment Crowd are currently looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager in North London to lead and manage care services for children with complex health needs. TRC are currently working with a fantastic complex care company in North London who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and manage care services for children with complex health needs. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee clinical service delivery, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Job Description:

Lead, support, and develop a team of clinical and care staff to deliver safe, high-quality care. Oversee the development and review of personalised care plans, ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of children and young people. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, particularly for Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI) services. Build strong relationships with children, families, local authorities, and healthcare providers. Champion best practices, lead audits, and maintain quality assurance across care services. What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (Child/Paediatric) or equivalent healthcare qualification. Leadership experience in managing care services for children with complex needs. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in managing compliance. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills with a passion for improving care quality. A full, clean driving licence is required
