Candidates must hold or be working towards the Sexual and Reproductive Health qualification . Previous experience in family planning, sexual health, or GUM services is desirable but not essential, as part of a multidisciplinary team we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, including non-medical prescribing. The post holder will be responsible for providing a high standard of sexual reproductive healthcare to patients accessing the sexual health service. The post holder will be expected to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering holistic, non-judgemental sexual health care, demonstrating professional and ethical responsibilities and to build and maintain good working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will be expected to supervise and mentor junior staff and nursing students, and to take an active role in the leadership and management of the nursing team. This post involves working at the Garden Clinic in Slough, but you may be required to travel to work at locality clinics in Bracknell, Windsor, and Maidenhead. It is desirable that you be a car driver with the use of a car for work purposes. This role is also open to part-time applicants, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week across 3 days.
