Qualifications:
RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification (Adult) with a valid UK NMC Pin. Experience:
Proven expertise in specialist palliative or neurological care. Skills:

As the Clinical Nurse Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care and team management. Your duties will include: Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, promoting professional development and guiding the team to achieve excellence. Ensuring care is safe, effective, and tailored to each service user, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans. Mentoring and teaching staff, fostering continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards and guidelines. Communicating with service users and their families in an empathetic and professional manner, addressing concerns or difficult messages tactfully. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, integrated care.
