Clinical Nursing Home Manager Kent 75,000 plus bonus and benefits As the Clinical Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will also be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the nursing home staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, including CQC Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Monitor and maintain high standards of care and service delivery Manage the budget and resources effectively Implement and maintain policies and procedures in line with company standards Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement Attend meetings and liaise with external stakeholders as required Maintain accurate records and documentation Promote a person-centred approach and a culture of continuous improvement Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home setting Strong leadership and management skills Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards Person-centred attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Experience in budget management and resource allocation Computer literate and proficient in using electronic care systems If you are a dedicated and passionate Clinical Nursing Home Manager with a focus on quality and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, we would love to hear from you.
