Meridian Business Support is working with a
leading Clinical homecare company to recruit a
Clinical Operations Manager. We’re seeking a motivated professional to
lead, inspire, and manage a regional team of Nursing Service Managers, driving them to deliver exceptional clinical care. As our
Clinical Operations Manager ensure the
smooth and efficient operation of services, keeping everything in line with
regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Salary up to £52,000pa plus company bonus
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- Home based with travel to the Midlands for meeting monthly
- 40 hours per week
- 36 days annual leave

As a
Clinical Operations Manager, you will report to Head of National Operations and will be responsible for
managing 5 nurse service managers with a total team of approx. 50 nurses. You'll
maintain compliance with healthcare regulations while
setting clear KPIs and objectives to boost team performance. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure
seamless service delivery and outstanding patient outcomes. By
monitoring operational performance and pinpointing areas for improvement, you'll continuously raise the bar for care quality.You will be
working from home managing Wales, Midlands and Yorkshire areas with the expectation of
travelling for some meetings (mainly in the Midlands). Company car and fuel card provided If you're passionate about

Registered Nurse with NMC registration, have managerial experience as either
charge nurse or nurse supervisor in a clinical setting coupled with further qualifications in
nursing leadership, clinical specialities, or operations management.Clinical Operations Manager skills: - Strong understanding of clinical procedures, protocols, and standards of care
- Experience in leading teams, conflict resolution and decision-making.
- Ability to develop and implement clinical operations plans that align with business objectives
- Effective communication skills for liaising between administrative staff, healthcare professionals, patients and their families
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare/clinical regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices to ensure compliance
- Skills related to budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to oversee multiple activities, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Familiarity with tools and methods for collecting and analysing clinical data to drive quality improvement initiatives
- Being adept with electronic health records (EHR) systems, clinical management software, and other relevant technological tools
- Dedication to keeping abreast of the latest developments in clinical care, healthcare management, and industry trends
