Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Clinical Operations Manager to work Homebased with travel to sites when required on a permanent basis 3 days/week between Mondays – Thursdays. The role is mainly homebased and travel to sites will be once every few months. The role will involve:
Lead a team of clinical staff
Maintain and enhance ethical governance within contracts
Conduct regular competency reviews, audit clinical work and end of probation meetings
Ensure compliance within company processes including health and safety legislation and SEQOSH
Coordinate all clinical aspects of contract renewal process, ensure seamless renewals and customer retention
To apply, you will need to be an experienced and qualified Clinical Operations Manager with a relevant clinical qualification and managerial experience in a healthcare setting. You will need to have proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of clinical professionals with strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality assurance.
