This position offers an attractive rate of £30 per hour with an ongoing contract. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in patient care and maximise the quality of service across the pharmacy setting. What you will do: Provide expert medication and pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised treatment plans. Conduct thorough medication reviews and provide clinical advice to optimise patient outcomes. Support the dispensary with prescription management and supervision of pharmacy support staff. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support training and development of junior pharmacy staff. Requirements of the Pharmacist: Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Demonstrated experience as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting. NVQ or equivalent qualification as a Pharmacist. Living and working in Ashford is a fantastic opportunity.
