Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide high-quality pharmaceutical services to key areas on rotation including paediatric wards, critical care, aseptics and nutrition specialties as well as contributing to core ward commitments, including weekend and on-call services. There will also be opportunities to gain leadership skills by co-ordinating specific teams of the clinical pharmacy service, alongside participation in Trust projects and departmental governance objectives within set rotations. The post holder will be required to complete specialist training packs associated with each clinical rotation and complete additional RPS portfolio requirements to progress through the STEP programme.
