A lovely pharmacy practice is seeing a  dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join their team in Cornwall, starting in January 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines for patients.
  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical care and medication management to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct medication reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Administer vaccinations and provide immunization services as part of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medication records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and support to patients regarding medication use and vaccination schedules.

Essential Requirements:

  • GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
  • Proven experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services, including vaccination administration
