Trident is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our client's NHS team in Croydon, South London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic NHS secondary care environment, providing essential pharmaceutical care to patients. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting drug history and medicines reconciliation Performing clinical screening and TTA (To Take Away) screening Utilizing EPMA (Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration) systems, with a preference for Cerner, as used at Croydon Health Services (CHS) Requirements:
At least 2 years of NHS secondary care - ward experience Proven ward-based experience in drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and TTA screening EPMA experience is essential (ideally Cerner) NHS experience is essential GPHC registration is essential If you meet the above criteria and are ready to make a difference in patient care, we would love to hear from you.
