Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Brighton & Hove. If you're passionate about optimising medication therapy and improving patient outcomes, this is the role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice to healthcare professionals. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective prescribing practices. Support patients in managing chronic diseases through medication optimisation. Deliver training and mentorship to other healthcare staff.

Qualifications: MPharm degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital settings preferred. Strong communication and organisational skills.
