Head Office Clinical Pharmacist

to drive our mission of improving access to medicinal cannabis across the UK. If you're passionate about making a difference in this transformative field, this is your chance to join a dynamic and exciting team!

What you'll do Conduct pre-registration screenings to assess eligibility for clinic services Provide consultations and prescriptions for pain and psychiatry patients under specialist shared care Offer support & advice to patients, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals Help train and onboard our remote clinicians Work with our Clinical Lead & Practice Manager to ensure high standards of quality and compliance Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care Actively participate to drive quality and governance workstreams Manage patient feedback, handle complaints, and lead investigations Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives Stay current with medical cannabis evidence base advancements through ongoing training Support clinical services and scope new opportunities for business development Help prepare for CQC inspections and contribute to the inspection process What You’ll Bring A commitment to Cantourage Clinic’s values and high standards of patient care GPhCRegistered as a pharmacist and independent prescriber Minimum 1 year in primary care settings Passionate about evidence-based & patient centred care High standards of professionalism and ethical practice Flexible approach in a dynamic healthcare environment Driven to foster a culture of feedback and growth Strong interpersonal skills with patients, teams, and patients Proficient with digital systems and confident in a tech-driven space Ready to tackle unique challenges presented by patients Bonus Points Experience or familiarity with prescribing medicinal cannabis Background in digital healthcare environments What We Offer Full CBPM training provided Complete clinical indemnity coverage Hybrid working model 27 days annual leave + your birthday off Great office with all the amenities Leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities
