Conduct comprehensive medication reviews to ensure safe and appropriate use, identifying potential risks and recommending changes as needed. Collaborative Care:
Work alongside doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide tailored drug therapy advice that optimizes patient outcomes. Patient Engagement:
Offer guidance on medication management, including side effects and adherence strategies, to empower patients in their treatment journey. Service Improvement:
Contribute to ongoing clinical audits, medication safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and service efficiency. Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Experience:
