Position: Locum Clinical Pharmacist

Hourly Rate: £28 - £33 per hour

Hunter AHP is currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a well-established NHS hospital in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified pharmacist with previous clinical experience to contribute to patient care in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services across various hospital departments.
Review and optimise patient medications, ensuring safe and effective use.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
Conduct medication reconciliations and patient counselling.
Assist in the development of pharmaceutical care plans for patients.
Contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Previous clinical experience in an NHS hospital setting is essential.
GPhC registration and right to work in the UK.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
Full-time availability, including potential weekend work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
