Locum Clinical Pharmacist
to join a NHS hospital in Milton Keynes. The role is flexible, with the opportunity to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Dispensing and checking prescriptions for inpatients. Conducting clinical ward rounds and liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use. Providing expert advice on pharmaceutical care and drug therapy management. Contributing to medication management processes and ensuring safe, efficient use of medications across hospital wards. Monitoring patients medication regimens and making recommendations for therapeutic adjustments. Requirements: Previous experience working in a hospital setting, with strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and skills. GPhC registration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay between £28 and £32 per hour, based on experience. Flexible working hours (3, 4, or 5 days per week). Ongoing contract with the possibility of extension. Dedicated support from the Hunter AHP team throughout your assignment.
