Locum Clinical Pharmacist needing Epping to start ASAP
Location: Epping and surrounding areas
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Salary: £30 per hour
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months with the likelihood of extension
Job Description:
Trident are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients team, covering a community ward based role in Epping. The ideal candidate will have their own transport, with mileage paid, and will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to the community hospital. You will also be required to work at a separate site one day a week, which is located nearby.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services to community-based patients. Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on pharmaceutical care. Work one day a week at a separate, nearby site. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements:
GPHC Registered Pharmacist with relevant qualifications and experience. Own transport is essential (mileage will be reimbursed). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Benefits:
