Are you a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist looking to make a difference in a private healthcare setting? We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a Private Hospital pharmacy team in Nottingham.

£27-37 per hour Start Date:
Feb 2025 Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with a 30-minute break Working Days:
5 days per week (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Provide pharmaceutical care on hospital wards Review and monitor patient prescriptions and medication therapy Ensure safe and effective medication usage across clinical teams Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Provide advice on drug therapies, potential interactions, and side effects Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards Requirements: Registered Clinical Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Previous experience in a clinical or ward-based pharmacy setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Knowledge of hospital pharmacy procedures and regulations Why Choose This Role?
