Supporting Suffolk’s Children’s Homes : The work within Suffolk County Council’s Children’s Homes will involve a focus on embedding a trauma and psychologically informed culture in the homes across Suffolk. The role involves an exciting opportunity to embed a trauma and psychologically informed culture across multi-layers of the system such as facilitating reflective practice groups, training and formulation sessions for staff, and working with the management team to review and embed practice developments such as the assessment, formulation, and support of young people’s behavioral, emotional, safety, and relational needs.
