Ideally, the successful candidate will need to be on site on Tuesdays for our MDT meeting, and the remaining working hours can be discussed. Through compassionate and evidence-based psychological intervention, you will help our service users navigate the emotional and cognitive effects of brain injury, stroke, and progressive neurological conditions. Your impact: Conduct psychological assessments to understand the needs of each individual and develop tailored care plans that address their unique challenges. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, helping service users adjust to life-changing injuries or conditions and reach their full potential. Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group treatment programmes. Collaborate with a diverse, interdisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure holistic care that integrates physical and psychological rehabilitation. Support families and carers, giving them the tools and understanding to help their loved ones recover and thrive. Play an integral role in the continuous development of a service that changes lives, contributing your expertise to service improvement initiatives. Keep people safe from any harm and protect their human rights. What you'll have: Current HCPC registration. Experience or an evident and demonstrable interest in neuropsychology and/or behavioural interventions. Ability to create a trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers service users in their recovery. Passion for multidisciplinary teamwork and delivering holistic care. Commitment to making a difference in the lives of service users and their families. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
