Job Description:
Direct Medics are working in partnership to find an experienced and dedicated Band 8a level Psychologist to fulfill this CYPMHS role based in Warrington. The successful psychologist will provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy to patients and families, working with children up to 18 providing assessment and intervention. This role is ideally looking for a part-time clinical psychologist, working 3 days per week 9-5, with no evening or weekend responsibilities. Requirements
Children and Young People experience is essential as is competencies in neurodevelopmental assessments. Current HCPC registration as a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist. Post-graduate doctorate in clinical or counselling psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996 or those in lateral transfer) as accredited by the BPS. Have specialised experience of exercising full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care and treatment, and also within the context of a multidisciplinary care plan. Benefits
