As a Clinical Quality Nurse Officer, you will be a key member of the quality team leading and providing advice on IPC and clinical risk, oversight of clinical risk in nursing/Residential services, and delegate nursing tasks. You will manage robust medications management and contribute to embedding positive behaviour support, ensuring the safety of our children, young people, and adults meets the objectives of the trust. This is a new role, and the successful candidate will have a significant role in shaping it to suit the needs of the organisation. Because of this, there will be autonomy and room for creativity. There will still be substantial support available, as the candidate will work alongside a qualified Nurse and an NA, as well as our Clinical Leads in OT, SLT, and Physio. Experience:
Previous experience of dealing with regulatory bodies e.g., Ofsted and CQC. Experience of quality management processes, root cause analysis, and report writing. Experience of influencing colleagues that the person does not line manage and support them to make improvements. Experience of managing stakeholder expectations. Qualifications required for the role:
Active Registered Nursing Pin - NA, RGN or RNLD NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership and Management / Willing to work towards (Desirable) A willingness to undertake relevant qualifications and training relevant to the role. Benefits:
