dynamic Clinical Home Manager

to manage

Barnes Lodge

which can accommodate up to 101 residents. You’ll drive exceptional care, manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and inspire a positive culture of accountability and respect. What you’ll bring: Proven success managing a large care home. Active NMC PIN

and extensive elderly/nursing care experience. Deep knowledge of

CQC standards

and a track record of strong leadership. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for person-centred care. Benefits: Competitive salary

– Up to £75K, depending on clinical and leadership experience. Flexible full-time role
