Job Scope:

We are recruiting a Clinical Registered Manager for our client's nursing and dementia care home. The Clinical Registered Manager will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional, person-centered care that meets clinical governance standards and complies with regulatory requirements. This role is key to fostering a positive team culture and delivering the highest standards of resident well-being.

As the Clinical Registered Manager, you will oversee staff recruitment, induction, and development, while working closely with senior management to uphold and improve CQC standards. The ideal Clinical Registered Manager will empower staff to support residents in living vibrant, fulfilling lives through active support, constructive risk-taking, and creative thinking. Our client operates 10 specialist care homes and strives to create vibrant and fulfilling communities for all residents.

Do you have?

Possesses a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting. Confident in working with CQC and Senior Management Teams to elevate home ratings to "Good."

Demonstrates strong, visible leadership qualities.
