The Clinical Research Coordinator will work alongside the atypical parkinsonism research team to coordinate the new ExPRESS study, liaising with participating ExPRESS study sites across England, Wales, and Scotland, and acting as the main point of contact for the study. You’ll be responsible for disseminating information about the ExPRESS study and increasing patient engagement by working alongside the Rare Disease Research UK Network, engaging with relevant charities and patient groups, and developing and delivering various patient and public involvement activities and meetings. The post is available immediately and funded by grants awarded to Professor Morris for one year in the first instance. About you
You’ll have experience of working in a research environment, in high-level data management, and project management skills. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to act on your own initiative, problem-solve, and great attention to detail. Experience of working in the NHS/a health setting or with Parkinson’s or related research are desirable for this role. What we offer
