Clinical Services Co-ordinator
Clinical Services Co-ordinator focuses on to support the registered nurse manager, nominated individual and the management team in the day-to-day running of the business.
What the role involves
- To support the Registered Nurse Manager, Nominated Individual and the Management team in the day-to-day running of the business.
- To ensure that each client receives care appropriate to their individual needs.
- To assist in the day-to-day running of the organisation and to act as the person-in-charge whenever asked to by the Registered Nurse Manager.
- To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and reporting within the electronic systems in place.
- Monitor, as deemed appropriate.
- To investigate complaints, take appropriate action.
Skills and requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Have experience in private health care.
- Have experience in the homecare sector.
- Have had previous clinical management experience.

Additional role context
- To implement the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
