Clinical Services Manager , looking to undertake duties related to the daily delivery of personal care and support to the people who use our services in a person-centred and holistic manner, in accordance with agreed programmes of care under the guidance of senior staff. Along with a fantastic salary of up to £41,600 per annum (plus available overtime), we can offer you: Permanent Full-Time Shifts, 40 Hours Per Week Over 4 Days Excellent Rate of Pay On-going Training & Career Development Opportunities Fantastic induction, training, and ongoing support to develop your skills and knowledge within the care industry Free Company Uniform Free Parking On-Site 28 Days Annual Leave Inclusive Of Bank Holidays Workplace Pension Scheme The successful candidate will be: Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years’ experience within an elderly care setting, preferably one year experience leading a team Evidence of Continuous Professional Development and Re-validation Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated excellent team leadership skills with the ability to work using own initiative Time management skills The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Leading the nursing/care team during any allotted span of duty, contributing to the overall planning and organizing of the care home/individual unit, ensuring that the nursing and personal care of the residents is maintained at a consistently high level, according to individual needs and capabilities. Acting as the Company's representative on site, promoting the Company's image and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations regarding nursing homes. As part of a multidisciplinary team, having responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care, and the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and outcomes for service users. Carrying out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision and demonstrating procedures to and supervising NMC registered and/or SSSC registered care staff and students. Directing, coordinating, and supervising the work of other staff within the Home/unit to promote best practice in relation to resident care. Providing cover in the absence of the manager or deputy to ensure effective operation of the Care Home.
