The ideal candidate will have prior radiology experience, whether as a previous clinical specialist within radiology, radiology nurse, or radiology sales professional. We are looking for a driven individual who is motivated and independent. This role involves travelling to key hospitals across the UK with occasional overnight stays, offering an excellent opportunity to gain national exposure. Attend live cases in customer accounts, serving as a technical consultant and providing education to build competence and confidence among physicians and clinical staff. Provide clinical support to new customers during their learning curve and for increasing product adoption. Meet and exceed targets for your geographic area, maximising opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of any complaints or technical issues, following documented procedures. Develop key relationships with new and existing customers to cultivate clinical champions and deliver fellows education programmes. Maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available products. Seek opportunities within accounts to increase system utilisation and probe usage, and encourage specialty discipline adoption. Deliver customer training plans and effectively transfer knowledge to empower customers to use the system effectively and independently. Adopt Credo-based principles in all interactions with internal and external customers. Strategic thinker with a big-picture approach. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships quickly. Capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders. Self-disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role. A team player and independent thinker. Ability to positively influence thinking, behaviour, and gain commitment. Full and clean driving license required.
