As a line manager, to have responsibility for the daily operational management, supervision, and co-ordination of the Newhaven Rehabilitation Therapy team including staff appraisal, performance management, informal grievance, and disciplinary actions. Lead on workforce for the service and skill mix reviews as appropriate.
To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable, as an autonomous practitioner, for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care.
