We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to share well-developed clinical and leadership skills to support the ongoing development of this dynamic and proactive team. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the clinical delivery of highly specialised Occupational Therapy for patients with complex neurological assessment and rehabilitation needs. You will offer skilled clinical leadership and will facilitate supervision and training of staff within the team. Qualifications
Degree level qualification or equivalent in Occupational Therapy State registration with HCPC Evidence of relevant advanced post-graduate clinical training e.g. Masters level clinical training Attendance at NHS Leadership programme Experience
Experience of working with patients with complex brain injury or neurological impairments Postgraduate experience including working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist Membership at COT - Specialist Clinical Interest Group Previous experience at Band 7 level Evidence of team leadership skills including the management and development of different levels of OT staff Evidence of quality improvement initiatives Disclosure and Barring Service Check
