North East and North Cumbria | Diabetes The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the relevant region, driving sales growth in alignment with business objectives. Job Overview: Actively market and sell products to NHS healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and company standards. Develop and implement a territory business plan using data insight, regularly reviewing objectives and progress with your line manager. Establish and maintain strong connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advocates to support local guidelines and enhance product adoption. Maintain high standards of product and disease knowledge, provide detailed sales and activity reports, and discuss business opportunities within the territory. To be successful: Science graduate or equivalent with ABPI qualification and a proven track record in primary and secondary care sales. Strong network of HCP contacts in the advertised area, ideally with diabetes experience and familiarity with hospital protocols, service redesign projects, and formulary applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and account planning abilities, with a solution-oriented, responsive, and confident approach to challenges. High energy, resilience, integrity, and a positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
