Job Description

GALDERMA promotes several products to Medical Aesthetic professionals, including a leading botulinum toxin and a range of facial fillers. Ensuring customers are trained on these products is critical for proper use and maintaining high standards. The Clinical Specialist provides hands-on support to customers across the UK & Ireland in using GALDERMA's non-surgical products. This role ensures practitioners can safely and effectively use our range of products.

The Clinical Specialist collaborates with sales teams to identify customers who require technical/clinical product support. They work in clinics with customers to drive confidence in using GALDERMA's non-surgical products. Support may include teaching correct product usage, filler techniques, reconstitution, and injection methods. Additional responsibilities include:

Supporting customers with technical training related to new product launches. Selling the science behind GALDERMA's products and articulating their benefits. Evaluating customer readiness for advanced educational content. Attending relevant training to maintain product knowledge and clinical expertise. Supporting Regional Business Managers with product and clinical training. Collaborating with the education team to ensure alignment with strategy and educational goals.

Key Requirements

This role requires:

Medical expertise and experience in delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners. Excellent knowledge of the medical community. Familiarity with the GALDERMA portfolio. Teaching ability and communication skills. Competency in performing treatments/procedures with GALDERMA products. Medical/clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine (Level 7 preferred). A degree-level education. ABPI qualification.

Estimated Salary:

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum
