Nuffield Health is looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Sterile Services Technicians to join the Team in HSSU. These positions will be to assist in the preparation of sterile and/or disinfected medical devices, under controlled conditions, to meet customer requirements.

Cycling to work
Shifts Available:
37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Every other Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, plus one day during the week
Overtime and Bank Holiday rates apply, along with shift enhancements
Position Overview:
Nuffield Health is recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Sterile Services Technicians for the HSSU team.
The role involves assisting in the preparation of sterile and/or disinfected medical devices to meet customer requirements under controlled conditions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
Inspect medical devices for cleanliness, functionality, and damage.
Take action to rectify problems and escalate issues when necessary.
Key Duties:
Ensure process equipment and accessories are in full working order.
Report any faults or anomalies.
Skills and Requirements:
A basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy.
Good communication skills, verbal and written, and basic computer literacy.
Attention to detail and an overarching desire to deliver a high quality service.
To be able to handle manual handling duties up to 13kg.
