As a Clinical Support Manager (CSM) you'll be part of a committed team acting as trusted customer advisors to deliver product education and nurture profitable growth within the region.

You'll make significant contributions in the following areas:

Educating existing customers on ORS products to ensure they are used effectively in the clinical environment Providing clinical support and education to Key Account Managers (KAM) Proactively reporting back to the business on new clinical products and information that could be introduced to the MHC portfolio in order to strengthen its offering Developing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and advocate relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of our Biogel solutions Monitoring competitor activities and product news in order to keep the organization updated on the current healthcare environment Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, National Training Manager & wider CSM team to build CSM toolkit What you'll get:

Currently or previously worked as a band 5 or above in the operating theatre environment General Nurse with demonstrable theatre experience or Registered Operating Department Practitioner or equivalent would be highly desirable Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills Ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate logical approach to problem solving Previous experience teaching and training junior staff members Our approach to diversity and inclusion:
