Clinical Support Specialist EMEA - UK

JOB SUMMARY:

To position, coordinate & conduct clinical support and training associated with new hospital and/or EMS marketing programs, particularly Resuscitation Pathways. Reporting to the Clinical Support Manager, the role will be a clinical/technical expert on all ZOLL ALS products and serve as a resource to the ZOLL hospital and EMS sales teams, both direct and business partners where applicable. In addition, the position will assist the Clinical Support Manager with the development, refinement and execution of all clinical initiatives associated with ZOLL's marketplace. The role may be required to draft clinical documents and train sales representatives, part-time clinical educators and other ZOLL staff in current resuscitation practices as well as clinical marketing programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Coordinate and conduct all aspects of the local strategy with regards to Pathways and other clinical marketing programs Owning and driving the importance of high quality CPR both in and out of hospital Act as a clinical expert of all ZOLL products, serving as a reference, resource, and educator for customer and ZOLL personnel Serve as a clinical expert as it relates to resuscitation, including, but not limited to, AHA/ERC guidelines, clinical practice and translational research Assist in pre and post-sales support activities, such as education, follow-up CQI's QUALIFICATIONS: Resuscitation Officer, Nurse or Paramedic with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting ALS/APLS certification, instructor level preferred Experience educating Health Care Providers Degree or equivalent in Business, Health Care, or related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in health care industry Demonstrated written and oral communications skills in English, including strong presentation skills. Technically savvy with electronic media, computer skills. Experience with resuscitation and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hospitals.
