Clinical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Pharmiweb. This exciting opportunity will see you working with medical aesthetic professionals across the UK and Ireland, providing expert support and guidance on the use of Galderma's non-surgical products. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customers who require technical support and working with them to develop their skills. You will also collaborate with our sales team to deliver clinical support and drive product adoption within designated regions. As a specialist in non-surgical aesthetics, you will have a strong understanding of Galderma's portfolio and be able to communicate complex information effectively. Your excellent teaching ability and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. This is a promotional role, requiring 75% travel. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to deliver clinical support and drive product adoption within designated regions. Key responsibilities include: Providing technical support to customers Developing customer skills through hands-on training Selling the benefits of Galderma's products Evaluating customer readiness for further education We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
